Refund policy

You have 14 days after receiving your purchase to return your items, either in the form of a refund or an exchange for a different item that Chromatic Yarns sells. Please note that this refund policy doesn't apply to custom-made items, only ready-to-sell ones. You are currently unable to return or exchange any custom-made items.

Chromatic Yarns will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or after proof of postage has been supplied. Unfortunately this refund will only include the initial postage after purchasing the item. It will not include the cost of posting the item back to Chromatic Yarns.
